We host several events open to the public each year. We also participate in regional and international gatherings of folk dance groups. These include:

Oktoberfest

Our own version of the famed Munich festival! We feature German food and beverages, a German band, authentic German entertainment by our adult and children groups and visiting clubs, and public dancing. Select a link from the menu for the next Oktoberfest.

Strauss Ball

Our recreation of a Strauss-era Viennese Ball! We feature a string orchestra, a variety of ballroom dancing, a formal dinner, open bar, folk dancing, and more. Attire is a mix of formal dress and vintage costumes. Select a link from the menu for the next Strauss Ball.

Gaufest

We attend and participate in the Gaufests of Gauverband Nordamerika, generally every odd year. We co-hosted the 1989 Gaufest and are proud to be selected to host the 2022 Gaufest in Atlantic City, NJ, delayed a year so all can attend safely. Mid-Atlantic Kinderfest

We also attend and participate in Mid-Atlantic Kinderfest, an event where Kindergruppe (children dance groups) from the Mid-Atlantic region come together to emphasize passing down our traditions to the next generation where activities emphasize both fun, dance, and German heritage. We were happy to host the 2017 Kinderfest on June 3 at Germania Park in Rockaway Township as part of our 60th Anniversary celebration.
