Kindergruppe

Our Kindergruppe consists of children ages 4 to 13. Some may be children of members, but we also welcome others who are interested. Besides Schuhplattler, we teach the basics of folk dancing. We also incorporate many kid-friendly activities at our Christmas parties and other events.

Our children also participate in other events that bring together Kindergruppe from various clubs. The Mid-Atlantic Kinderfest rotates among states in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, Connecticut, and Delaware and is well attended by groups from these states. Our children may also participate in regional dance competitions and at Gaufests.
